Create your organization and team

Sign in

Open your team's ICRX URL (e.g. https://app.icrxms.com) and sign in with your email and password. If you belong to several organizations, pick the right one in the context pill (top left, layers icon).

:::tip The in-app checklist does this with you Every new organization shows a checklist — "Get started — track your first part's mileage" — with six steps that tick themselves off automatically as you work. This guide follows the same six steps. If you dismissed it, reopen it from the "Setup" pill in the top bar.

Two shortcuts on the checklist are worth knowing: "Take the 60-second tour" and "Load example data", which builds a sandbox project so you can explore with realistic data before entering your own. :::

Create a project

A project is a programme or chassis type ("F4", "F3R"). If you see "Welcome / Create your first project", the organization has no projects yet: create one in Settings → Projects. Then select it in the context pill.

Invite your team

On the "Team" page, an organization admin can add people in two ways (button "Add a team member"):

• "Create account" — enter their email, pick a role, and ICRX generates a password on the spot. The account works immediately; you hand over the credentials. No email server involved — it works from the paddock.
• "Invite link" — generates a link (valid 14 days) for people who prefer to sign up themselves. Pending invitations are listed on the Team page, where you can copy or revoke the link.

Choose a role for each person:

• Admin — can manage members and master data for the org.
• Member — read-write on project data (the default).

You can also make someone a project admin of specific projects at invite time. Full details in Roles and permissions.

:::info Passwords are admin-managed If someone loses their password, an admin resets it from Team → "Password" and hands them the new one. :::
