Billing and your plan
Billing lives in Settings → General → "Subscription". ICRX pricing is deliberately simple: one all-inclusive licence, priced per car — no feature nickel-and-diming.
How billing works today
Self-serve checkout isn't switched on yet. Plans and licences are arranged directly with ICRX: write to hello@icrxms.com and we'll set your organization up, raise a limit, or change what you're on.
The payment machinery is built and will go live later. Until then the Subscription card is there to show what your organization is on, not to change it. If a "Manage" button appears on the card, it can't do anything yet — it starts working when self-serve billing is switched on.
Reading the card
- Plan and status — Active, Trial (with its end date), Past due, Canceled, Incomplete or Suspended.
- Limits — cars, projects and team members: current vs cap (∞ = unlimited).
- Modules — what your plan includes. The "Optional modules" card next to it shows each module as Active or "Not in your plan".
If your organization is suspended
A Suspended organization locks every member out, with a screen saying so, until it's reactivated. It isn't something you can undo from inside the app — if it happens unexpectedly, contact ICRX.
Who can touch billing
Billing actions are org-admin only, and plans and licences are provisioned by ICRX. If you need a module enabled or a limit raised, write to hello@icrxms.com.
