Box Timer — the pit-wall schedule

The Box Timer has two halves: a planner (per event) and a full-screen show (the /timer page, "Box Timer" in the sidebar) that follows the real clock and auto-advances.

Planning the schedule

Open the event → Schedule tab:

• "Add day" adds a date; tasks are grouped per day chip.
• "Add task": name ("Change brakes"), a start — "By time" (absolute) or "By offset" (e.g. -5:00 before another task) — and a duration (mm:ss). Tasks edit inline; Clone copies a task right after it ends.
• Running late? The "Shift this day" buttons move every remaining task −15 / −5 / +5 / +15 minutes (or a custom amount).
• "Apply template" stamps a reusable sequence onto a date + anchor time. Templates are managed in Settings → Events → Box Timer templates.

Presenting the show

Press "Present" (Schedule tab) or open Box Timer from the sidebar. The show displays a giant wall clock, a NOW / NEXT card ("Now · ends in", "Over by" when overrunning) and the full day's schedule with NOW / NEXT / OVER / DONE badges. It advances on the real clock — nobody needs to touch it during the day.

Controls: an event selector (when several events exist), day chips, Print, Fullscreen. Keyboard: F toggles fullscreen, T returns to today. The show is always dark-themed for the box screen.
